Coaching Sessions - What to Expect

If you're new to coaching, it’s important to know that coaching is client-led. The coach doesn't provide answers but guides you to gain insight into your issues with the intent to invoke awareness and to cultivate learning and growth.

During sessions, we’ll discuss your goals, identify any challenges, and help you reach your aspirations. We'll start each session by identifying a specific goal you wish to work on, then collaborate on what success looks like, and then end with an action or growth plan.

The coach's role is to maintain the coaching agreement, build trust, listen actively, and foster your personal growth.

Your role is to bring your concerns, goals, and ideas.

Each session typically lasts 60 minutes.
